RELENTLESS LIFESTYLE!

IMG_3778_edited.jpg

What’s up! My name is Jarred Brown, a Certified Personal Trainer carrying a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree from Bethune Cookman University. I've been into fitness my entire life and have played sports since childhood. I am now invested into future relentless athletes and people who’s interested in gaining optimal health and happiness. Over the years I became more involved in fitness after becoming so unhealthy and unhappy with my body and lifestyle post college. After that ordeal, I became more knowledgeable about the body, the lymphatic system, and nutrition. It was at that time I decided I wanted to help others, so I became a certified personal trainer and coach. My specialty is weight loss, muscle gain, and body toning. I'm passionate about the body’s anatomy, nutritional health, and teaching others how to eat to transform their body. l've now dedicated my extreme learnings to helping individuals build the gap between FAD diets vs making a LIFESTYLE change. There's an elusive balance between eating well, enjoying your life, working out and properly training. Navigating through our food and fitness culture can be challenging, but it doesn't have to be. Join the team today for important information on changing your lifestyle, diet, and body. Experience: 4 Years Age: 29
